FoodMenu – Pricing, Subscription & Menu Setup Terms
Pricing & Subscription Plans
Free Trial
Each new client who requests a demo of the FoodMenu platform receives a 1-month free trial period.
The free trial includes access to the platform’s core functionality for testing and evaluation purposes.
Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscription
- Price: 25 EUR per month
- Payment Type: Prepaid Monthly Subscription
- Clients may activate and pause the service based on their operational seasonality.
- Seasonal businesses (cafés, bars, beach clubs, etc.) are allowed to use the platform only during active business months and suspend the subscription during inactive periods.
Annual Subscription
- Standard Annual Price: 300 EUR
- Discounted Annual Price: 250 EUR
- Discount: 20% off for full annual prepayment.
The annual subscription provides uninterrupted access to the platform for 12 consecutive months.
Online Menu Setup Options
Option 1 — Self-Service Menu Management (Free)
Clients may independently create, manage, and update their online menu free of charge.
FoodMenu will provide:
- User access credentials;
- User manual/documentation;
- Basic setup instructions.
Clients will be able to:
- Upload menu items;
- Edit prices and descriptions;
- Add images;
- Manage categories;
- Update menu content at any time.
Option 2 — Full Menu Setup Service by FoodMenu
If the client prefers assistance with menu digitization and setup, FoodMenu can fully prepare the online menu on behalf of the client.
The client must provide:
- Existing paper/PDF menu;
- Product information;
- Images/photos (if available).

The setup service includes:
- Digital menu creation;
- Product/category structuring;
- Upload of food and beverage items;
- Basic content formatting and organization.
Additional customizations or advanced content preparation may require separate agreement.
