Development of the official website and Audit Recommendation Management Web Platform (ARIS) of the State Audit Office of Georgia
A new official website and Audit Recommendation Management System have been created for the State Audit Office of Georgia (SAO).
The website includes a catalog of audit Reports issued by the SAO with a user-friendly search engine.
The Audit Recommendations Management System (ARIS) includes the recommendations included in the audit reports issued by SAO, which are available for relevant authorized state agencies and ensure the implementation and reporting process of the recommendations issued to them.
The system is provided with different user interfaces with different rights, as well as a powerful reporting module that allows the relevant users to generate statistical and analytical reports.

Project Description:
Creation of the exclusive designs, development and launch of the official websites of SAO and PAI.
Preparation of ToR, design, development and launch of the Audit Recommendation Management web System (ARIS) with multiuser level roles:
- Administrator (with large setup directory and the modules of management of the public agencies and System users ) ;
- The First level Responsible Person of Public Agencies.
- The Second level Responsible Person of Public Agencies.
- The Third level (Specialist) Responsible Person of Public Agencies.
- The First level Responsible Person of State Audit Office (SAO);
- The Second level Responsible Person of State Audit Office (SAO);
- The Third level (Specialist) Responsible Person of State Audit Office (SAO);
With different functionality and data access Interfaces.
ARIS System includes up to 5 special modules:
- The module of Recommendation synchronization from the Audit (external) Management Platform and follow up management of their monitoring and reporting,
- The module of notifications and data flow.
- Customized dashboards for all user roles of different levels.
- Reporting module,
- User management module,
- Settings and directories.
