Legal Case Management System – Case Bank is a special LAN software was created (Case Book V1.0) in 2008 as a result of the close cooperation of the Legal Aid Service team and Idea Design Group IT experts. The project was financed by the Open Society Georgia Foundation (OSGF). 

 In 2012, Case Book V2.0 was released, based on a new, more powerful platform. It was modified and upgraded for nonprofit organizations, working towards the protection of human rights and justice (including law Faculties, Clinics, etc.). 

The system includes six main modules for the detail data management of all kind of legal cases, including Criminal, Civil, Administrative, Constitutional and International legal proceedings and provided Consultations in the legal field. Beside the above mentioned six main modules, the system includes very helpful Reporting module and Extended (detail) Search tool for each module, which provides the possibility of quick and easy search and analysis of the stored data. 

Case Bank is equipped with a User Management Module with possibility to create users with the different roles (Manager, Lawyer, Administrator) and different access to the data. (For example, to view only his own cases and consultations, to view cases and consultation only inside one office, or to view cases and consultations including all offices) 

Case Bank is supported with a large Directory Module where the system administrator is able to correct all value lists for the specific data, for example case results, activity types and results, beneficiary categories, types of consultations, specifications of the legal issues etc.
 
Legal Case Management System - Case Bank was implemented and launched in LEPL Legal Aid Service, GYLA, HRH, Article 42, UDM, Law Clinic of the Free University, etc.
