GIS training at National Environmental Agency of Georgia

National Environmental Agency (NEA) of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia plans to build a centralized geographic information system. 

In order to carry out the above mentioned project, NEA conducts a training that will enable the technical staff of the agency to develop the centralized GIS and the web platform.  The experts of Idea Design Group prepared the training course and are conducting the training for 20 employees of NEA.

National Environmental Agency (NEA) of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia plans to build a centralized geographic information system.  The GIS will store and publish geographical, geological, hydrological, climate and other environmental digital map data; in addition it will be possible to access and view the monitoring from the maps.  The GIS will be developed using Server and Web technology.

In order to carry out the above mentioned project, NEA conducts a training that will enable the technical staff of the agency to develop the centralized GIS and the web platform.  Different data management skills will be also covered in the training course.  The experts of Idea Design Group prepared the training course and are conducting the training for 20 employees of NEA.
