December 21, 2016, Idea design Group held a presentation about CaseBank new functionality. Modification of the system is part of a project financed by the UNDP(EU-UNDP Projects – Human Rights for All and Access to Justice).
Legal Case Management System – CaseBank operating since 2009 in Legal Aid Service. Since then it’s developing accordingly the growth of service functionality and legislative changes.
The new functionality of the system is related to the possibility of recording work in system by the so-called Legal Service contracted public lawyers(Register Lawyers). Next year, there are planed trainings about using CaseBank to Legal Service contracted public lawyers and their inclusion in the system as authorized users, which will enable the service to have a legal case management database and process information based on it.
