On the first of December in the current year, the Legal Aid Service of Georgia held a presentation for their updated legal case management system, Case Bank 8.0.

Mariam Zangaladze and Gvantsa Gugunava, project managers from Idea Design Group, provided an in-depth explanation to employees regarding operational and analytical functionality that corresponds with changes made to the legal proceedings system.

This year's extensive renewal of the legal proceedings system was executed by Idea Design Group with financial support from both the European Council (EU) and United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

It should be noted that the Case Bank legal case management system created by Idea Design Group has been implemented in the legal aid service of Georgia since 2009, and since then, it has been periodically developing and expanding with fruitful cooperation following the growth of the authority of the legal aid service and the development of business processes.
